Information is usually received in one of the following formats:
- DIY – summarised in Excel format or a similar method
- Computerised – forwarding a back-up of a MYOB or QuickBooks file
- Online – providing access to an online program such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks etc
As part of the BAS preparation, we will also review your financial information to date and provide you will a quarterly comparison report so that you are aware of the performance of the business.
We will also provide you with an ongoing estimate of your year-end income tax so that you can budget accordingly throughout the year.
Your completed BAS and report will be emailed to you in PDF format, for your records.
We strongly recommend an online bookkeeping system, specifically Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, so that we are able to “see” your business’ performance in real-time throughout the year. This makes it easier for us to assist with any processing or trading concerns at any time of the year.
